L&#8217;<strong>adh\u00e9sion osmotique ou diffusive<\/strong> entre \u00e9galement en jeu dans le processus osmotique.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row de pr\u00e9paration des substrats, en particulier de leur degr\u00e9 de nettoyage et de rugosit\u00e9 ainsi que de leur saturation.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column \/>\n<\/strong>L&#8217;adh\u00e9sion chimique, li\u00e9e aux interactions mol\u00e9culaires, d\u00e9pend de la nature de l&#8217;adh\u00e9sif, de sa compatibilit\u00e9 avec le support et, \u00e0 son tour, du degr\u00e9 de pr\u00e9paration des surfaces.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/3&#8243;][vc_single_image image=&#8221;386&#8243; img_size=&#8221;full&#8221; css_animation=&#8221;bottom-to-top&#8221;][vc_column_text]<strong>ADH\u00c9SION OSMOTIQUE OU DIFFUSIVE<\/strong><br \/>\nDans les syst\u00e8mes osmotiques, il existe \u00e9galement une adh\u00e9sion sp\u00e9cifique, qui est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e \u00e0 travers les deux processus coagulants, de diffusion et de d\u00e9p\u00f4t cristallin, souvent d\u00e9finis osmotiques ou diffusifs, d\u00e9pendant de la &#8220;capacit\u00e9 osmotique&#8221; du mat\u00e9riel et, une fois de plus, du niveau de pr\u00e9paration des surfaces.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;row_full_center_content&#8221; margin_top=&#8221;0&#8243; padding_top=&#8221;0&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text]Du cadre fonctionnel \u00e9merge comme facteur pertinent, la contribution significative repr\u00e9sent\u00e9e par l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion osmotique, sans pr\u00e9judice de l&#8217;importance de la capacit\u00e9 osmotique effective du mat\u00e9riel utilis\u00e9 et de la pr\u00e9paration correcte des supports qui, en cas de manque, peut toutefois compromettre l&#8217;efficacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;intervention.<\/p>\n<p>La compatibilit\u00e9 entre les mat\u00e9riaux participant au processus adh\u00e9sif est fondamentale afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter les d\u00e9tachements par transfert d&#8217;un mat\u00e9riel plus fort (F) \u00e0 un mat\u00e9riel plus faible (D).<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1164 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.osmocem.com\/file\/2020\/03\/meccanismi-4-300x121-1.png\" alt=\"\" <strong>compos\u00e9s cimentaires osmotiques<\/strong> sont produits dans deux formulations diff\u00e9rentes : mono-composant (rigide) et bi-composant (d\u00e9formable).<\/p>\n<p>Dans <strong>les syst\u00e8mes cimentaires osmotiques mono-composants<\/strong>, l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion osmotique, diffusive et m\u00e9canique pr\u00e9vaut, tandis que <strong>dans les syst\u00e8mes cimentaires osmotiques bi-composants<\/strong>, l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion chimique, m\u00e9canique et diffusive pr\u00e9vaut.<\/p>\n<p>Le choix d&#8217;un type de rev\u00eatement bi-composant plut\u00f4t que mono-composant, avec des caract\u00e9ristiques de d\u00e9formabilit\u00e9 plus ou moins \u00e9lev\u00e9es, est influenc\u00e9 par la connaissance de la morphologie de l&#8217;\u0153uvre \u00e0 rev\u00eatir, de son comportement structurel pr\u00e9visible, ainsi que des caract\u00e9ristiques du support.<\/p>\n<p>Compar\u00e9s aux syst\u00e8mes mono-composants, l&#8217;adh\u00e9sion de type chimique\/m\u00e9canique\/diffusif combin\u00e9e \u00e0 une meilleure capacit\u00e9 de d\u00e9formation, fournie par les syst\u00e8mes bi-composants, assume une importance particuli\u00e8re en pr\u00e9sence de structures minces et\/ou soumises \u00e0 des mouvements \u00e9lastiques.<\/p>\n<p>En pr\u00e9sence de structures massives, stables (rigides), avec des supports ad\u00e9quatement pr\u00e9par\u00e9s, l&#8217;osmotique mono-composant peut \u00eatre le produit le plus adapt\u00e9.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/4&#8243;][vc_single_image
