Les exp\u00e9riences men\u00e9es avaient en effet mis en \u00e9vidence la capacit\u00e9 particuli\u00e8re des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l&#8217;acide tartrique \u00e0 retarder et \u00e9quilibrer les processus d&#8217;hydratation, facilitant les \u00e9changes osmotiques, la stabilisation du gel et la transition cristalline avec pour r\u00e9sultat une hydratation plus profonde et plus compl\u00e8te. Le meilleur &#8220;\u00e9quilibre&#8221; de la phase osmotique, rendu possible surtout par les catalyseurs bas\u00e9s sur des d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de l&#8217;acide tartrique, a entra\u00een\u00e9 des augmentations significatives de qualit\u00e9 et de performance, tant en termes de diffusion, d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence et d&#8217;imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 intrins\u00e8que de la matrice liante.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row row_type=&#8221;row_full_center_content&#8221;
